A redevelopment of Guernsey’s Admiral Park which will be a mix use space, comprising of offices, a 100 bed Hotel & a cafe/ restaurant.
IDH were engaged by BourneGroup to detail the primary steel frame for the six storey 66,500sq ft office building in phase 2 of the development. It has been designed to the BREEAM “Very Good’ standard and will be the first building in Guernsey to attain this accreditation.
